I like to head over to Trafiq on weekends with a laptop, get a cup of coffee and pastry or sandwich then pick up one of their baguettes on the way home. The problem is I usually don’t get any work done because I can’t stop taking pictures of their pastries whenever I go in. They usually have something new since Sergio likes to experiment. I’m willing to bet the new Cruffin (croissant dough baked into a light hollow muffin smeared with macaroon butter cream) is going to be a favorite along with the chunky monkey.
This time they indulged me by pulling out their cakes. Super fancy and affordable.
